Because crepey skin isn’t just about skin. It’s about what’s happening underneath it—muscle loss, collagen breakdown, and poor nutrition. If the structure underneath your skin is weak (aka muscle), no amount of cream is going to tighten it up.

❌ Muscle Loss (The Biggest Culprit!) – The less muscle you have under your skin, the thinner and saggier it looks. Muscle is what gives your skin support and firmness.

Strength train at least 3-4x per week (yes, HEAVY weights)

Use progressive overload (this means increasing weights over time)

Skincare is great, but if you’re not feeding your body right, your skin is running on empty.
Protein – 0.8-1g per pound of body weight (chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, collagen powder)

Healthy Fats – Keeps skin plump and hydrated (salmon, avocado, nuts, olive oil)
