Personalized on-line intake assessment

To start, a very intense “ Personal Strategy Weight Loss Questionnaire as well as a Weight History Intake Questionnaire and Analysis” will be completed in so Nancy can determine the best strategy for your lifestyle, historical patterns, weight loss fluctuations, your real or perceived weight loss obstacles and triggers as well as health goals.

She works with you to find out specific details about your life, food likes, dislikes and goals to build a customized program that will ensure your success.


  • Your custom workout program will combine resistance training, High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT), Functional Training and cardio.
  • Don’t have a gym membership? No problem, Nancy will work with you to develop a program that you can do right in the comfort of your own home, garage, backyard etc.
  • She also knows your time is valuable, so workouts are designed to spend no more than 45 minutes combined training while maximizing on weight loss/fat loss.
