Can I get a refund?

Well, we have never been asked by any former member IN ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS, if they could have a refund. Like our coaching style, we like to get ahead of our client's expectations. So with that, no there are no refunds, exchanges or returns. Once you have made your purchase, our team goes to work to bring you the best experience possible inside IGNITE.

Can I start and stop the program if somethings comes up?

While IGNITE is designed as a 21-day program with a specific start and end date for maximum results, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. While we encourage you to stay committed to the full duration to experience the best possible transformation, we do make exceptions for life-altering situations. If something truly unavoidable comes up, please reach out, and we’ll assess your situation on a case-by-case basis to support you in staying on track. Consistency is key, but we’re here to help if life gets in the way.

Can I start the challenge on a different day?

You can start late at your own discretion—but keep in mind, access to the app and program will still end on July 11th regardless of your start date.

This is a 21-day challenge with limited-time access to both the workouts and nutrition plan. After July 11th, the app will close unless you upgrade into the Strong and Sexy Coaching Program.

Is this for beginners?

Is this the same as MMM?

IGNITE is an upgraded approach compared to MMM (Midlife Muscle Makeover). Both programs use Nancy’s T3 Method for training, but IGNITE goes deeper, optimizing lean muscle growth, burning fat effortlessly, and enhancing hormonal balance with a more advanced nutrition strategy. If I did MMM, can I do Ignite?

Can I do this again if I’ve done it before?

What type of equipment do I need?

This is a FULL GYM training program. Therefore you will either need a gym membership or a fully equipped home gym.

Fully equipped gym needs to consists of the following at minimum: Squat rack, Multi functional universal cable machine, lat pull down, leg machines / press, etc

Do I get customized macros with this program?

It's important to note that this is not a customized program, so you won’t receive tailored macros specific to your individual needs. However, you will benefit from a proven meal plans derived from our Prime and Reset protocols.

These protocols have been successfully utilized by thousands of women over the years, helping them achieve significant results. While we understand that everyone’s journey is unique, this structured approach is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for success. By following the meal plans as outlined, you can experience the benefits of our tried-and-true methods while working toward your goals.

Is this for vegetarians?

Unfortunately, IGNITE is not suitable for vegetarians, as Nancy’s nutrition strategy focuses on incorporating animal products to optimize muscle growth and fat burning. Animal-based proteins are a key component of the program, as they provide the essential nutrients needed to fuel your workouts, support lean muscle development, and enhance recovery. If you follow a vegetarian diet, this program may not align with your dietary preferences and goals.

For the  5:2 nutrition, is it restrictive or will it have a variety?

The IGNITE 5:2 nutrition plan is simple, effective, and designed to maximize your results. If you’re comfortable making simple adjustments, you can absolutely still follow the program and see great results.

When will I get my plan?

The program officially kicks off on Monday, June 23rd!

If you sign up early, you’ll get early access to the private community and app so you can update your personal stats and get familiar with the layout.

Your workouts and meal plan will drop Friday, June 20th, giving you the weekend to prep, plan, and get your head in the game before we hit the ground running Monday.

No—this is not a lifetime-access program.

When you join IGNITE, you’ll get access to the workouts, nutrition plan, and community from June 23rd to July 11th only.

Can I drink Alcohol?

This program focuses on more than just calorie counting—it’s about optimizing your body for real transformation. Even having "just one glass" of alcohol can set you back, as it introduces sugar, inflammation, and bloating into your system, even if you don't notice immediate effects. To stay on track, you'll need to restart at week one, ensuring your gut and body remain in the best possible state for progress.

How can I be successful?

Commitment starts with a decision to fully dedicate yourself to the process. This means clearing out your fridge and pantry of all the snacks and unhealthy foods that have been holding you back. Stay engaged daily by logging into the community chat room for support and connection. Surrounding yourself with others on the same journey will not only make the experience more enjoyable but also help you stay accountable and make progress more easily.

What if I have injuries?

Your safety is our top priority! Please consult with your doctor before starting any fitness program, especially if you have injuries. This program is designed for those with full mobility and the ability to lift weights safely. If you’re cleared for exercise, we’d love to guide you—but if you’re working through limitations, it’s best to wait until your body is fully ready.
